Modern XYZ believes in the importance of hands-on research into customers/users, markets and competitors. This leads to a real, grounded understanding of the “customer journey,” customer touch points and decision points, customer experiences, gaps and aspirations. For product and service development, it is important to engage customers/users in testing and feedback.
Collaboration + Partnership
Modern XYZ works collaboratively as a partner with business owners and startup entrepreneurs to address strategic challenges and opportunities. Within an organization, Modern XYZ encourages the formation of collaborative cross-functional teams, for creative problem-solving. Customers can also be brought in as partners in the design thinking process at any phase of product/service development, but especially in the early research phase and the later phase of testing and feedback. Modern XYZ can analyze players in the distribution channel, industry and market, including competitors, as potential strategic and/or financial partners.
Innovation, Originality + New Ideas
Most importantly, Modern XYZ encourages business teams to tackle business strategy, brand and product/service strategy with creativity, originality, inventiveness and innovation.
